The Internet Explorer logos are at

There are two entries
BrandBitmap
and
SmBrandBitmap

BrandBitmap is 38 pixels wide and 608 pixels tall.  This appears to consist of 38 x 38 pixel frames that are likely animated.
I don't know if you can change the height (number of frames)

SmBrandBitmap is 22 pixels wide and 352 pixels tall.  This appears to consist of 22 x 22 pixel frames that are also likely animated.
Again I don't know if you can change the height (number of frames)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
has an entry
Window Title
that contains the text for the internet explorer title bar.
